      Pros

      The work environment is an ideal mixture of professionalism and comradery . Additionally the Managers and co workers, are always there to help and insure professional growth.

      Cons

      I wish i had more hours in the day to work, plus as a smaller company their are not as many growth opportunities as a large cooperation .
