      In theory, the mission is good. Some of the work supports our government and troops.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Poor leadership. Disorganized. Discriminatory practices. The mission is to employ people who are blind but they offer no real opportunities for growth and advancement to blind people. Minimal investment in programs for blind employees.

      Store Managers were constantly on a power trip and treated hourly employees As if we didn’t matter and are easily replaced. Also they don’t pay enough
