      Pros

      Friendly staff, great hours, and lots of employees events/social gatherings is what you will find here. It tends to do a great job of keeping everyone close. Vacation, days off, and other company benefits aren’t bad either.

      Cons

      There are also “politics and favoritism” which is the difficult part of the job. Pay raises are also extremely uncommon.
