      The owner of this organization is only out for herself. She treats her employees terribly. There is no way to get a word in with her. I don't recommend giving any business to this shop.

      The Owner of LANI has always given every employee the opportunity to succeed at LANI. There have been numerous times when Hiring Managers gave up on the employee and the Owner personally used her time to train, motivate, and help the employees that were struggling. The only employees that don’t work out at LANI are employees who are high maintenance and are not willing or able to deliver the superior service that LANI prides itself in giving to its customers.

      The Owner of LANI is a sweet, kind, and caring person and works diligently to help LANI employees succeed. LANI's employees have been with the company for years! The employees that do not work out at LANI are ones that don't follow LANI's processes, are not qualified to do their job, and create a lot of drama in the company. The entire LANI Team do their best to avoid having these types of employees work at LANI.
