      Being a concessionaire, one can get to know about financing,lending,monitoring,budgeting,costing,etc.

      salary is very low and no new learning for a well qualified professional.

      Pros

      Excellent work life balance, best company for the people who is less competent and excellent in man management with poor domain knowledge

      Cons

      Competency of top level management is terrible,no new projects,total bias,worst salary package,no respect for the real contributors to the organisation and only people good in man management will be recognized. Simply it can be concluded that it's top 20 person welfare company.
