Rude C-level management, who will mock you. This is the main reason why you should not work in this company. You will have to communicate with CEO all the time, and he is very rude and aggressive person, who needs control everything personally. Mid level management means nothing in this company, you will still be reporting to CEO. From this desire of control we go to another huge problem this company has - amount of reporting you need to do is tremendous! * daily reports in written form on what has been done this day and what are the plans for tomorrow. * report in the beginning and in the end of the week to c-level on what has happened + what are the plans for the next week. * report to your direct manager twice per week (only God knows why since you still report to CEO). * some employees have to do additional reports to a friend of CEO who happens to be shareholder, but has nothing to do with these employees duties. Non existing onboarding process. Extremely toxic work environment in general, I suggest avoiding this company.
