      For entry level is ok Self Development & self-learning Salary on time

      Do not Keep their words. Proper salary increment on not given Gives fake commitments work environment not good No planning on Projects. unplanned deadlines, lots of work pressure Management does partiality between their employees Employees are not treated professionally as per their designation No value of employee Demotivates and frustrates the employee

      I dont have any pros to share.

      Cons

      Worst company to work with. The company won't even know which employee should we hire for which designation. I am a functional consultant and was hired to do some pathetic end-user work on excel.

      1)unprofessional attitude towards employees 2)Worst work culture 3)No vision and mission 4)Poor management 5)No employee engagement programs. 6)notice period is 2 months 7)Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 8)You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 9) This company is unethical from head to toe. 10)Very less salary compare to the market.
