      Pros

      Casual, flexible work environment full of highly talented and motivated engineers. Excellent medical and pension benefits. Collaborative group of individuals that work together to solve problems. Company mission focused entirely on supporting the Warfighter with the best possible product.

      Cons

      The work keeps coming and the projects are challenging, but provide great opportunities to engineers that enjoy solving problems and seeing the end product.
