Great worklife balance, below market benefits and salaries.

Pros

Manageable work volume, can generally leave office before 6pm. Good pantry with lots of soft drinks provided.

Cons

Below market bonuses and benefits. Annual leave offered usually only 14 days when other banks are 21+, bonus only 1 month on average. Dental benefits do not include scaling and polishing !?!? Heavily expat focused, limited opportunities and respect for local staff.
