AWFUL head office. -Koko black head office does not care about its employees, we are treated as disposable to them, even when you’re a fantastic worker. (Nothing to do with SM, all rostering decisions come from head office) -Purposefully understaffing and spreading their team so thin that work is compromised just to save them some $$ -All employment is part time employment (no casual contracts even as a Xmas casual) PT contract only guarantees you 8 hours per week. & almost guaranteed they’ll give you multiple 3 hours shifts just to make life hard.
