      Pros

      A competition, paying 5 employees 1000 a month (that's $6.50 an hour) to gather leads for them, in the hopes that one will be picked to become a marketing analyst. Absolutely ridiculous scam, run fast.

      See above, tldr; this company pays below minimum wage.

This position is designed for entry-level marketing candidates who want a quick way to break into a senior marketing analyst role. Normally it takes 1-2 years for new hires to move up to a senior marketing analyst position, but our accelerated Kobe Digital Sales Training program allows Kobe Digital Sales Trainees to graduate from the program and receive this promotion after only 60 days. We are sad to see that you did not have a great experience, but our sales floor is definitely competitive in nature.

      Pros

      Exciting projects, great systems in place, efficient workflow, great work atmosphere. They give you all the tools you need to succeed and it’s a great pleasure to work with the restof theteam.

      Cons

      Long work hours - but it’s ok because we do this for the clients to bring them the best results and we get rewarded for that.

      Career black hole with no upward mobility or pay raises.

      Pros

      No real sense of direction on tasks so you have the ability to lead whatever you want.

      Cons

      No loyalty to long term employees. They have no real leadership with clear tasks that outline a daily schedule. You can go days without hearing from coworkers and then be instantly slammed with 3-4 tasks that are due the next day. There is NO career growth and NO pay raises even for two years.
