      Good Pay.

      Cons

      My Supervisor is a little off in personal interaction. Your an "offsite "worker. Meaning you don't work at a "Koam Engineering Systems" building. My physical work site is at SPAWAR old town. Not your typical HVAC building. Summer days will be hot "inside" and winter days will be "cold" inside. Birds and creatures may come inside. Its basically a WWII hanger.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to needing time off to take care of personal life events. Just ask that they are notified in advance.

      Cons

      Poor management of project finances and tracking employee hours on projects. Most of the leads are unaware of how to load any enclave so they are unable to help when it comes to troubleshooting. Poor pay with more responsibility
