The HR department at Knowledge Point is not proficient at their assigned duties. The communication between HR and the Consultants is erratic and confusing, the automated workflow processes are broken, and generally the HR staff does operate as though they are part of the KP team.
There are no annual raises and bonuses, so if you start working at KP your salary will remain flat for you entire tenure. In fact, you are more likely to have your salary reduced.
There is NO camaraderie between HR and the Consultants.
