Knotel is disrupting the office space market - one of the largest global markets. With so much success in its first three years, it makes Knotel a really exciting place to be! Most companies that face rapid growth also deal with huge negative impacts on culture. Not Knotel. There is a strong sense of culture, an eclectic and awesome group of employees, many of whom, in my experience are just good humans. From social/sporting events to team lunches and dinners - there is something for everyone at Knotel! Work life balance is emphasised, despite everyone working hard towards the same goal. I genuinely enjoy going to work every day - a stark contrast to my previous work experiences.
