Pros

Unfortunately, I did not find any.

Cons

1) Zero Security. They play safe, first move employees to PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) for 2 months and then fire the employee so that it won't affect the name of the company. 2) No life balance at all. You have to work more than 9 hours and will ask you write blogs or prepare for knolx on weekends in the name of your growth. 3) Higher management or Knolx Next is highly polluted with managers who just say yes to Ceo. 4) Negative environment. All over there are negative vibes. 5) Fully Client-Oriented Company. Employees are being treated as slave. Always preferred time of call according to clients. So project from US, Canada or other, you have to take a call after 8 Pm or sometimes join early. 6) Higher managers don't work at all. They just pass time by either only merging PR, taking initiatives taken from ThoughtWorks or other companies, or writing books by copy-pasting stuff from different blogs, books, and articles or taking one-one meetings. 7) All positive reviews are fake. I still remember the day when my manager asked me to write a review on glassdoor and give me the link. The marketing team also gets the task to write positive reviews to upgrade the rating. Honestly speaking, given a 1 rating to knoldus is still a big thing for them. The company has no moral values. They can fire anyone no matter what you have family or not. 8) 8) If you believe in your showing off skills, knoldus might be good for you because either those get benefits or you say yes to your boss or if you are the girlfriend of manager, You will be given first priority to Onsite trips. 9) They change policy at any time. The policy change is a ritual in knoldus. 10) All good people are leaving that's why they have started bond for freshers. I resigned from a job because of the toxic work culture. Yes, the salary was not great too but the job was consuming all my time. You do owe your employer your best work everyday, but you don't owe your employer your personal life or health. Money isn't everything. Always remember: You need to get a good return on time, because even the biggest salary cannot buy your youth or time lost will loved ones back. In order to truly be successful, boundaries must be set in our lives. Sometimes you will have to say, "No, this is too much for me." Staying in a toxic work environment is never worth it. Life is too short. Find Balance.

1. There are no standards and coding quality within their project development. They are using some automated tools which are good but developers don't have enough knowledge to use those tools properly. They are only clients puppets. 2. Most of the feedbacks they have in glassdoor with 4 Or 5 stars are posted by interns (which don't knowledge of dirty politic) and their core member, which are playing the politics. 3. Every day there are changing their policies because they treated their employees as only labor. They are no policy, which is in favor of the employee. They treat slaves to all employees according to policies. 4. They are working on cutting edge technologies, but no one has good knowledge for using those technologies. They are working on lightbend stack and present Knoldus as golden partners, but none of the developers has an in-depth knowledge of Akka, Lagom, Scala, Spark and more. Because most of them are interns, and after completing their labor bound, they leave the company because of dirty politics. 5. During the time of hiring, they represent our employees as bigdata developers, but they don't have a project on which they work on BigData. They only know to copy and paste the code from StackOverflow for writing Spark jobs and adding test cases only. 6. Most of the blogs they are published by Knoldus are only related basics of technologies because they want to SEO, Knoldus website on google search. It doesn't matter the quality of the blog, even most experienced developers writing blogs on language basics features (Even they are Golden Partner of Lightbend) with copy and paste examples from the internet. 7. Their experienced developers don't have any knowledge of architectures, design patterns, code optimizations and benchmarking. They only playing politics and boot-licking. 8. From last many years, this company is running based on interns only and no one wants to stay for a long duration because of their policies, salary packages feels you like slaves. 9. There is no job security for anyone. If you raise your voice, they update their policy accordingly and fires you within a minutes with unmatched blames. 10. Stay away from upper-level management like HR, CTO, CEO, COO and their core Team(Next Members), they are the root of the negative environment. 11. If you are planning to join Knoldus for learning BigData, Spark or Scala, then it's a trap. They are working on projects for writing CRUD operations only using Java. Most of the major projects are running on Java, don't spoil your carrier with their fake dreams. 12. If you are planning to join Knoldus as an intern, please be prepare after your internship, with any stupid reason they fire you, if your tunning is not good with your manager (reason could be any). 13. If you are hiring Knoldus for work, please schedule developers interviews before your deals, because, most of the time interns are working on the projects and they charge as a senior developer from clients.

Dear Reviewer, We are extremely disappointed that you did not like your stay at Knoldus. We would have appreciated if you had taken out some time to discuss your problems or how you felt about things with your manager or HR. Writing a 13 point review does not make sense if you never made any efforts in contributing to the success of Knoldus while you were an active member of Knoldus. It would be a waste of our time responding to each point mentioned above because we know that we are on the right path. Would have appreciated had your efforts been in a positive direction and together we would have collaborated to make Knoldus a Great Place To Work for.

Pros

Lot of young talent. Opportunity to learn new technology.

Cons

Yes, there is a lot of young talent, reason being that their working conditions are way too poor. Persons that are married or have family will not like to stay here. Only freshers who have less changes in market to get employed stay because of their need. No work life balance. You will be asked to work on weekends as if they are paying for it. 12 hours working is normal here. Most of the times you will be working not in one but in two or more projects. They will ask you to divide the bandwidth in all projects and you will be a dog attending all project calls and working in all of them day and night. They can change anything at anytime. I repeat anything at anytime. They hired people by saying there is no bond and right after at their confirmation time they simply said the 2 years bond is on table, take it or leave. They say they give 30% appraisal or more. The amount of work they are retrieveing and the working hours you will be devoting, its nothing compared to it. All reviews that are five star are absolutely fake. Their so called team leads are arrogant. They only know how to give their share of work to other people and force them to do work by showing them false dreams of good increments. They say their employees are better. Hell yes, why not if everyday some one is working for 4 more hours they will have 4 more hours of learning.
