Pros
Good work atmosphere and culture, helpful teammates, and transparent management. I learned everything on the job, and I had the opportunity to wear numerous hats, which gave me a taste of varied jobs within the same team. Management and colleagues are all well-versed, and working here is a breeze. The company will give all advantages to employers as well as job security.
Cons
I have nothing like cons. Everyone assisted me in working on things outside of my skill set, and I gradually learned them as well.
