Pros

- company benefits and perks are unparalleled anywhere else (to make up for the longest hours without extra pay you'll ever have to work) - free starbucks (to keep your extreme stress levels in check) - do they still have this?

Cons

I have never read Glassdoor reviews before but I chanced upon it today from a friend, and the first thing I did was look up Klick. How in the world did I go so long not knowing this thing existed and all these comments, true in all their accounts, have been here! I gladly add my voice to the strong that I am so glad I no longer work there. Everything said by so many others were what happened to me. One time, I had the decency to go and inform my higher-up that I couldn't make it to the company party that night (one of those many summer things they force you to attend), because I had to fly out to see a client the following day, and before I knew it, the door closed behind us and I was told that if I don't go, that I would not get a bonus that year. Truth is, many others didn't go but they just weren't as stupid as me to give them courtesy. There were too many countless instances like this where the lightbulb in my head was ringing off the hook that some harassment or workplace indecency took place. There is no other place that is as crazy, bureaucratic, outrageously political, manipulative, and vindictive as this. I thought these kinds of work environment only existed on television, but in a scary way, I think they pride themselves on it and somehow have delusionally turned it into some twisted strength. I drove home every day hating the person I was becoming b/c I got a litre uglier because of the very ugly people I had to deal.

Pros

-They spend a lot of time and money on swag, PR and gifts for their employees

Cons

After seeing the incredibly positive reviews, I feel compelled to share the reality. -Months of working 80 hour weeks with no time off is quite common (you will not get lieu time) -Mistakes on a grand scale, pulling in teams across the agency to perform 18 hour shifts for months at a time working 7 days a week -A culture of toxic positivity (you’re never allowed to course correct or address fundamental issues) -The core values are broken, bias to action means jumping on a grenade at all costs to safe face with clients who were promised things which teams cannot possibly deliver -I cannot count the amount of times people have been crying in meetings from the stress, going on stress leave or disclosing that they had to see their Doctor and/or take medications and drugs in order to be able to get through the day -I never met a single person who actually enjoyed working here -No support or accountability from leadership -Every single process is entirely over engineered, making it impossible to be successful at even the most simplest of tasks -An incredible amount of people refusing to do work assigned to them and/or incapable of having the skills to do so In short, this place can ruin your life. You will not have work/life balance. There are no boundaries and attempting to address casting issues will not be received well.

Pros

They paint a very rosy picture to attract new people. It's all pomp and show.

Cons

I have seen people break down with the stress and cry right at their desk. Another colleague suffered a heart attack and was still not provided with any relief or reduction in work load. Management is the most useless resource and doesn't provide any guidance or support. They just pressure you to meet deadlines and will blame you if things go wrong. Please apply and work here if you enjoy staying at the office for 12-14 hours a day with no overtime pay or any appreciation. None of the people who actually do the work are happy.
