      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture where team members are encouraged to take ownership and innovate. Aggressive/competitive compensation structure. High growth environment that is attracting top talent! Huge opportunities to play a larger role for those looking to make an impact.

      Cons

      Occasional hiccups that come with every high growth company. Not a culture fit for paper pushers and email forwarders. Fast pace. High accountability. Performance based culture.

      Pros

      I have seen first hand how this company focuses on building the right culture, so that it can deliver 100% client satisfaction. Management focuses on ensuring that everyone who works at KitelyTech is passionate about what they do. I have also learned how important client satisfaction is to this company, and have seen how the company works with clients throughout projects to ensure that satisfaction, based on projects I have been involved in.

      Cons

      This company is remote; I thrive off of face time and in-person meetings/interactions. Zoom meetings are great, but I definitely miss not being at a company with a centralized office.
