Pros

I really loved the neighborhood

Cons

Employees have been there too long and are complacent. Paperwork driven, not technology driven. They aren't at their full potential. No out reach to the community whatsoever including Princeton University. I received compliments my whole time there and let go for no reason. When NJ Unemployment contacted then they told them I was let go for poor job perfomance. I received a raise my first week there and got a lot of compliments for my customer service and merchandising. Shop at Bed Bath and Beyond, better prices there

Fun job but with some challenges

Pros

You get an employee discount, friendly customers, can usually take breaks if needed and time off. You may get to try out some new products.

Cons

Not trained well or at all for some tasks, some managers don't have the best management and people skills. Some co-workers don't pull their weight and you're not rewarded when you pull yours. Low pay.
