Predatory hiring and retention practices - most employees are using false documentation and don't speak English, so are easier to take advantage of. Wage theft, constant schedule changes, vacation denial, and constant layoffs due to poor business management and shrinking orders. Wages are not livable, and raises are few and far between. Most employees are on some form of assistance.
Hard work. You will test your fortitude in this position. Lifting heavy trays of food. Working with gas stations is a challenge as they do not care about waste, and it is a part of your compensation.
Unstructured, hostile work environment that lacks consistency and accountability. Questionable practices to identifying employees and new hires with suspected underlying motive to clear out undocumented people. General lack of respect and decorum.
