Pros
Pros are plentiful - As a creator, their mission speaks to me on multiple levels and gives me a lot of purpose to work hard at what I do. The culture we have is unbeatable, I haven't experienced a work family like this at any company I've worked for previously. Many of us are remote but there's still so much collaboration and peer motivation imbued in every single day. Also, a lot of appreciation for one another which is always a big motivator. Leadership is awesome and actually leads - Everyone is receptive to changes/concerns and I've never not felt heard here. A lot of extremely talented people work here - the dynamic forces you to put your best foot forward and since it's fast paced - you're always learning and growing.
Cons
If you don't like hard work then I could see that being a con here. We all strive to do the best job we can do which can add a lot of individual pressure but the company still promotes a healthy work/life balance regardless.
