It's a great company to work for - the kind of place where individual contributions matter, expertise is celebrated, and the organization actively seeks to empower and grow its employees. Recent management changes have been made to accomodate the company's growth, and the organization actively works to improve qualifications comfort of its auditor team. Yup, there's hard work, but it's fulfilling, with personal relationships developed with clients and some industry-leading expertise, flexible (if demanding) schedules and interesting projects.
Cons
The company works all over the US and is virtual - many employees work from home and, while that isn't a con in itself, it faces the same difficulties other virtual organizations have. It can be easy to lose track of your company support network, and it requires proactive engagement. Additionaly, the company is in a period of rapid growth, which has its own challenges that have impacted the organization.
