Nice offices & some friendly people. Depends on the Project i.e. Organised with regards Small Projects

Struggle when it comes to Large scale Projects. Turbulent experience compared to other similarly sized companies which have an overall slicker approach Big-headed management that don't treat professionals as such i.e. believe that by regularly losing their temper with people they get the best out of them Slow response to new trends in the industry. New starts may not be receiving the skills they require from the company's Graduate programme.

Money and experience is great if you land with a good mentor / Senior to shadow

Cons

No respect towards employees No regard for people suffering from Mental Health, all is a front. Worse management I’ve worked in. Thought me a lot. Bullying comes from the top down. HR does not exist.
