Wage is low for the education some management require. High turnaround in other departments. Doesnt seem like they want long term employees.

- good discount when it comes to buying footwear

Cons

- if you have an awful manager your shift will feel like hell - basically never have a Saturday off - majority of customers will be rude - management doesn't do the best job when having your back or caring about you - kintec acts like they are more than a shoe store but in reality it is not - this company encourages employees to sell multiple things to customer when half the time they don't need such things - this job is mentally draining especially if the work environment is not ideal (ex: having a terrible manager)
