Attuned to goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence with a meeting structure in place by The Advantage (book by Patrick Lincionni) which created some of the best organizational communication I've ever seen. Accounts for people making mistakes, but be proactive in bubbling them up. Brilliant strategy into the world of IT infrastructure and enterprise monitoring/ cybersecurity, namely around Splunk and also other hardware/ software for the infrastructure, too.

Cons

Not for the faint of heart. Experience here will prime you to excel at any organization in the IT field, but expectations are not easy.
