Pros

Open door policy where employees are treated like employees (not a number) and our concerns are heard. Also, great benefits and a super nice HQ (although a fair amount of work is at client sites)

Cons

Not a huge company (which has its own benefits), but also means there may be less opportunities for alternate jobs. That said, I believe the smallish company culture where everyone is valued outweighs that by far.

Pros

Amazing company with amazing leadership. Kingfisher Systems has the atmosphere or a close-nit family and the professionalism to win contracts and succeed. Holiday parties, great benefits and supporting their employees whenever possible is just a tip of the iceberg.

Cons

There really are no cons to working at Kingfisher. You will be well taken care of and can rest assured KF will always to the right thing for you.
