The benefits seem to be better than most places.

Cons

Many changes in upper management. New executives are not connected to those of us in the workforce. There is a lack of direction for where the company is headed. Lots of finger-pointing without accountability from high-level managers.

The company has worked hard over the last 2 years to treat employees very fairly , especially through the pandemic. Company sponsors regular events to show appreciation to employees Company is growing quickly They have shown willingness to promote from within.
