Highly transparent management style and open communication with leadership and between colleagues. Strong team-feeling! I've personally worked at a number of smaller and larger agencies and I can say without a doubt this is the best overall experience I've had working in a recruiting agency setting. The founders lead from the front and give us all the tools to be successful. There is a ton of opportunity to make a great living, but you have to put in the work - it's a competitive landscape, but I feel with our leadership we can thrive in the LA tech community.
