If you lack the ability to make allot of cold calls and sell on value only you will not be successful, products are some of the most expensive in the industry and you will be told "You're too expensive" more times then you can ever count, this is commission only sales.
Some Regional/District managers are less then honest with potential new hires because they are compensated on how many people they bring into the system, some middle managers are inept at best, and are incentivized to hire people that lack the minimum skills to do the job as a result they have a very high turn over rate, they do not promote from with in and hire people from outside of the industry.
