      Great Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      If you care most about work life balance, KM is your place! Great culture and they really do care about their people. Tons of opportunities to grow within the company! Wonderful owners/leadership!

      Cons

      Not necessarily the highest paying company, but you're comfortable/aren't lacking. Could definitely get a job outside of this org with a decent raise just from walking out the door but you would not have nearly as nice of a work/life balance.
