Pros
1. Having experience to work in Kideco is very good in the CV 2. Local people are very friendly and helpful
Cons
1. Everything (literally Everything) is subject to approval from company's MD, even down to very cheap reimbursement 2. Very discipline with little room for mistakes (come 1 minute late to the office and you will be summoned to board of directors to explain) 3. No IT system at all, everything is done manually 4. No freedom for creative people to grow and submit new ideas
