      Pros

      Keyword Connects is by far the best call center I've ever worked for. I've been in this line of work for over 25 years. The management and staff are very kind and helpful. The management team is always there to help and answer any questions. I also enjoy the flexibility and how user friendly our systems are. I really like that fact that I can help people on a daily basis, answer their questions and get them to the right place!
