The free/rare vendor lunches that come only to kiss up to community managers

Cons

Worst supervisors I’ve ever experienced. Lack of communication and excessive show of favoritism to one employee under rumored quid pro quo. Lots of immature company gossip from the superiors! HR team has no idea what they’re doing to handle employee conflicts either.
