Low stress, and consistent work environment. The dispatch staff is pretty good at staying on top of the drivers with out being micro managers.
Cons
I was involved in an accident that was not my fault, the police's determination, not just mine. Before the police report was even complete the corporate safety department in New Jersey made the decision to fire me. This was surprising because my supervisor didn't even know of the policy they cited to terminate me.
