An upskilling culture where if you have an interest you will get paid and professional support for it. Work with established and high-turnover clients looking to scale A flat structure so regardless of your title or experience, your feedback is heard and senior management always has an open door. Fully remote so you can easily accommodate a healthy work-life balance

      Completely remote, so can work can be isolating but the agency often has none work-related calls and fun slack channels to help team connection. Depending on your time zones may have to accommodate team calls outside the typical 9-5 hours

      Coming to KeyCommerce was the best professional decision I've made. The company is rapidly expanding, with many opportunities arising. Here we have a chance to shine and show our talents, and we are recognized and compensated for them with opportunities for growth. The team is fun to work with, and the remote environment is well structured and in continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Since the company is rapidly growing, sometimes the fast-paced environment can get overloaded with information, and takes a while for me to catch up on everything that happens at once.
