Pros
Working at the trading floor as a market risk analyst provides excellent opportunity to interact with LOB daily and learn the business. The boss cares about the employees and is fully supportive in improving the employees' technical skills by reimbursing for conference attendance, books, professional exams (CFA, FRM, PRM),... etc. Fun to work with the team.
Cons
We are working very hard to fix system issues and would be glad to see our incentive compensation aligned with the excellent work we have accomplished.
