      Pros

      Maybe growth potential? Employees and recepitconsist were very friendly and welcoming. High energy and positive culture in the waiting area.

      Cons

      - Door to Door Sales Position - Minimum wage base salary was offered. Not an actual base salary or even a draw. Either take home minimum wage or $80 from each sales. If you do not meet the sales goal, you will get $11/hour for the hours worked. - Management team is still on the road doing door to door sales. - Even the management personnel is paid based on the commission of the rest of the staff. No salary. - Schedule includes working over 40 hours a week. Does not include an overtime rate. - Very similar company hierarchy to a pyramid scheme.

      Pros

      The people are very positive and driven. Everyone is here to help each other all the time. A lot of bonuses and fun competitions. NO SENIORITY!! If you work hard, you get promoted

      Cons

      Not for people that want an easy 9-5. If you are looking for a desk job with little responsibility this is not for you. It's challenging sometimes to identify your weaknesses in your professional game...but if you do and challenge yourself to grow, you will.
