There are a few nice people that work at this company
Cons
After 8 years of working at this company. Management came to my house to let me go and was not allowed to collect my personal things from the office. Also, benefits are not very good. The healthcare plans are horrible (health insurance plans through coveredca.com are much better) and they do not offer 401k matching

Since CEO left Key has become a chaotic hot mess, in-competent sales people who don't know the market keep dragging the business down the drain, acquiring company was just after the list of customers as soon as it is done doors will be closed.
