Pros

If you are young, work is promising. You don't need to be afraid of losing job because of lack of work, i.e. slow business. The company is real rich, but management is incompetent. waste of money.

Cons

If you are old, your seat becomes shaken. No appreciation of your talent or work.

Pros

Great co-workers with many years experiences.

Cons

Very slow project progress, poor management with unprofessional behaviors. Unclear mission guidelines. You only get credit when you are fail. No appreciation no matter how much you worked for the company. Only favoritism are appreciated. No room for career growth in R&D.

Pros

Small-sized company allows broad exposure to many topics in a relatively short period of time; nice to have the depth of ITW resources to support the small-company atmosphere.

Cons

Projects can tend towards disorganization and/or present unclear mission guidelines; lean-staffed to the point of being self-defeating; difficult to maintain boundaries between work/home due to overlap with Asian working hours; chronic inability to complete meetings within the allotted time.
