      - Friendly and professional atmosphere - Strong focus on continuous improvement - Plenty of experienced and inspiring colleagues - Attitude of doing things the right way - Agile development processes - No open-space layout, good conditions for focused work - Hybrid work supported - No hustle culture, work-life balance is respected

      Pros

      If you want, you can get a lot of opportunities for growth. Culture is very open and accepting of everyone and their ideas. You get to meet and work with inspiring people who are open to build relationships. There are many people who left and then returned because they liked it in Kentico better which to me is a huge green flag.

      Cons

      I would appreciate more transparency from the senior management.
