I have been with Kent for almost 3years. I absolutely love love love love this company. I have worked with 2 other security companies but this is the best so far. My coworkers are amazing. My boss is so down to earth. The company has been around for more than 36 years. Within 3 years I have had 3 promotions along with the promotions the pay came with it. There a lot of great opportunities in this company if you just come out and apply you won't regret it.

Some of the individuals working there are fantastic.

What they are seeking is not what they want. Plan to be unethical, plan on having more employee relation issues that you will NOT be allowed to properly handle. Plan on more government agency sending you complaints. If you are truly an HR professional, DO NOT put your reputation on the line for this company. They have gone through 5 HR individuals in the last year - do not leave your current position for this place. The owners do not want your true input nor will they EVER truly grasp change or HR!
