Pros

The new GM is a person who set and lead by example. At last we saw some stability of the management team and he is doing his best to continue changing it.

Cons

Lack of manpower and worsen off by a team in HQ whom they think they are always right. They see everyone as stupid and do not know how to do a job. Employees are also human and don’t treat us like animals.
