      - friendly work culture and colleagues - the co-founders and senior members are very approachable - everyone's input in discussions feels considered - learning opportunities and experience - sophisticated company tools and libraries - flexible regarding work-from-home and office days - salary paid on time - even numbered Saturdays are off

      - no coffee machine - training process could have been more structured, but this is in the process of being improved for future hires - odd numbered Saturdays are work days
