Pros

Quarterly bonus, but now no more WFH Lots of company events

Cons

Management sucks - tend to make last minute decision and effected lot parties. On Apr 2024 decided to retrench their staffs to outsource to India company then on July 24 decided to retract back with only one day decision.

Pros

GOOD LEARNING AT CLIENT SIDE.

Cons

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the management style of Varsha Keshari, the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and DEI at KellyOCG. During my time working under her leadership, I found her to be ineffective in managing our team. The transition to the Adani RPO model has been particularly chaotic, resulting in a disorganized environment where our efforts seemed to vanish. Despite our team's success in closing 3,000 roles in the cement division, Varsha approach often felt labor-intensive, leading to a demoralizing atmosphere for the team and a toxic work culture. Additionally, while Preejith is a kind individual, he tends to defer too much to Varsha without providing adequate support or direction. This lack of decisive leadership has hindered our team's performance and morale. I strongly believe that a change in management is necessary for the RPO model to succeed and for team members to feel valued and supported.
