Pros

free lunch and some learning as project have no dead line

Cons

As I have worked in Icreon Communications before joing Kelton. So i had to comapare as I have choice. Not a good company.9 AM is must to reach office and no return time.if you get out at 10 PM then you have to give clarifications. It is good for learning if you are getting some good work but it also get you tired and will affect your healt badly. Secondly, this company has no issues in firing you.Per week we here that some one getting fired. If you take 2 days leave (not exactIly planned but yes within the knowledge of mangaer),you will get termination mail.(I can bet on this.)A boy who is having typhoid is fired.(Yes,It make us feel sad .. so saddd....)if you are idle for 2 week they will fire you.Thats why there is so much of tension prevailing inside that you will feell the heat on the very first day. Please never expect that you will get confirmed here because they do not confirm anyone and some mail will come to you on regular basis that you are not confirmed so we are watching your perfermance.(indirect pressure.) and so so... Bad management or i would say no management:require is taken verbally and verbally passed.Few things get lost in between and then rework rework and re....wwooo...rr..kk... they need a lot of learning to retain employees as everybody in my team has either resigned or planning to resign .... and so we are getting so many new mail for the same profile... ha ha No sat/sun off:please dont go with HR confirmation ..you have to work on sat/sun aacording to project need. Overall i didnt like working here because I belive in good working environment with good work.

Pros

I haven't seen any pros. The CEO thinks that he can buy everything with MONEY.

Cons

Being a CMM level 5 company, I haven't seen the company like this before who shows turnover with high profits and could not even manage their employees in bad time. No job security. Worst politics ever. Work pressure is like hell. Employee is nothing for them. They can shoot you at any time from your position. No matter how good you perform. They will hold your PF and won't give you FNF. Higher Management will never listen to you. NOTE: Many people has already filed a case to retrieve their FNF already. Guys, Please don't spoil your career by joining this company

Pros

They pay for your health insurance 100% in the US and the cost for dental and vision is minimal- this is as of recent though. We can see this changing really quick as Kellton acquires more agencies and has more US based employees. I'm pretty sure this was a practice grandfathered in from Supremesoft, a company that Kellton Tech purchased. You can expense PART of your personal cell phone bill because you are asked to give clients and contractors access to it in your email signature and business card. People who can't get in contact with HR or accounts payable/receivable for months on end will resort to calling you all hours of the day and night though...

Cons

While they like to draw you in with the promise of working with HUGE national accounts, you won't actually get to manage the relationships. The relationships are often crumbling anyway with contractors complaining to the client constantly about payroll issues. The contractors will call you, as an Account Manager, about payroll issues too. You can't fix it or even get a hold of someone internally to figure out where your contractor's money is either. I had sub-vendors calling my personal cell day and night begging for payment. Management here will break your spirit. It's all male management and most of them are based out of India. The management in the states is cold and really condescending, they won't really know anything about you. This isn't somewhere where you will hear you are doing a good job. Even if you THINK you're doing a good job, they probably want more from you. They might offer you PTO, but it's really hard to take it. They give you a serious guilt trip about even thinking about going out of town. Doctors appointment? They'll assume you're interviewing. Most of your coworkers are looking for somewhere else to work anyway.
