Small(ish) class sizes Almost no classroom management issues: students respectful, friendly Small family / community feel, but with the amenities of larger schools Kind staff and faculty Unionized

Salary, Salary, Salary, until hired on a more permanent basis: symptomatic of a larger, systemic problem of the school's management running it as a business. Students ultimately are the ones affected. Prospects to acquire future classes minimal. Payscale is different than provincial's
