I recently joined as a Finance Manager about three months ago. Initially, when I received the offer, I was hesitant to accept it due to some negative Glassdoor reviews. However, as I had limited options at the time, I decided to join—and to my surprise, the work environment has been excellent.
During my interview, the promoters emphasized that they wanted to build Kayess as a non-political organization, and I can confidently say that this is absolutely true. The workplace culture is positive, the people are caring and helpful, and the promoters are approachable and genuinely supportive of the staff.
Contrary to what some Glassdoor reviews suggest, the atmosphere here is not toxic at all. Over time, I realized that some of those negative reviews likely came from toxic and underperforming individuals who were unwilling to improve. As a result, management had to take firm decisions, which may have led to those misleading reviews.
Although I was initially skeptical about joining, I am now very happy with my decision. The exposure and growth opportunities here are excellent, making it a workplace truly worth considering. I encourage others to experience it firsthand rather than relying on online reviews.
