CEO clueless takes credit for what junior staff do. poor management n training of staff. make it seem like everyone equal but overlook employees esp those of colour creepy senior staff who known to do dodgy things outside work-ket. nose toxic environment and jealous junior staff more qualified than senior management never given credit for tasks . not a single day went without a new issuekurva

- the CEO has no social skills and he’s power hungry - He made the CCO leave the company because it’s unbearable to work with him - He doesn’t accept a no for an answer and doesn’t care about people’s opinions - They hire postgraduates giving them manager positions and making them feel important while they do all the hard work and in the meantime the people at senior level chitchat about their lives
