      Great Company to Associate - Well Experienced team

      Pros

      I have been working with Kastech since a year. HR Team is simply good and friendly too. Gone through exceptionally smooth onboarding and supporting since then. Well Experienced management, who can understand and provide good support in all way. Salary in Time (Within first week of every month). Corporate level environment and Infrastructure. Flexible working hours. 24/7 support from IT Admin team. Specially, received a great support while pandemic.

      Cons

      Accounts team needs to alert immediately for the employee financial things. I see lag in their response.

      startup company,no pros , bpo will have a better than this

      no consistence policy , hr are puppets, the manager has no knowledge abt what they are asking and what they talk abt, no technical manager, all false promises
