Pros
Kartaca is a very good place for people who are at the early stage of their career and want to improve themselves quickly. You can take active responsibility in real projects, which helps a lot with hands-on experience. The company’s strong use of Linux is a big plus for me, as it allows you to work with real-world systems and infrastructure. Being a GCP partner is also a great advantage, since it shows that the company works with modern cloud technologies. Knowledge sharing within the team is generally good, and people are supportive.
Cons
From time to time, the workload can be quite intensive, which may feel challenging during busy periods. Some processes could be more clearly defined to make daily work smoother.
